PAYMENT METHODS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit payment of 50% of the total rental amount due will confirm your booking.  The balance of the total rental amount due will be payable not later than three (3) banking days prior to check-in.  Payment may be made via PayPal or bank transfer.  PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards, and you do not need to have a PayPal account.

The Front Office will accept cash (most major currencies), traveler’s cheques, and most major credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) for all payments due on check-in or to settle your account.

Traveler’s cheques, debit cards, and most major credit cards are also accepted by most places of business in Jamaica.

You may always cancel your booking.  If you cancel your booking by 4:00 pm at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged a fee of US$150.  If you do not cancel by 4:00 pm at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, or if you book within 30 days of your scheduled check-in date and you cancel, you will be charged the entire amount of your rental deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of between US$200.00 and US$500.00, based on your length of stay, will be charged.  The security deposit will reimburse us in the event there is any non-payment of rent or for a loss of any items within, or any damage to, the apartment.  The Front Office will accept payment in cash (most major currencies), traveler’s cheques, and most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only).  If the security deposit is posted by credit card, the amount will be pre-approved but not charged.  The security deposit will be applied only if you do not pay rent when due or there is a loss of any item within, or any damage to, the apartment.  Any security deposit amount posted in cash will be returned after it is determined that no non-payment of rent or loss or damage has occurred.

  • Children under 12 travelling with two (2) adults stay free.
  • All rates are in United States dollars (USD).
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Your confirmation clearly specifies the number of persons for which accommodations have been booked.  Charges for additional persons not included in the original reservation or vouchers will apply.  In all instances, the maximum occupancy of the apartment is four (4) persons, and there are no exceptions.
  • Upon request, the full names, nationalities, and passport numbers of all occupants must be provided at check-in.
  • Included in the rental of the apartment are basic housekeeping services, which are provided daily between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.  Earlier check-in or later check-out is available at one half of the applicable daily rate.  It will be necessary to make arrangements with the Front Office for check-in earlier than 8:30 am or check-out later than 4:30 pm.
